yes, it is hard to believe but we we have only one more REMIX for 2007 and that is coming up on Dec. 16. This coming Sunday we get one more chance to gather together so our hope is hat all of you will be there. One more time to connect before Christmas hits and school lets out. We are gonna finish off our Christmas Story series and really try to see how we can live out "Christmas" all year in our normal non-holiday lives. It was so amazing last night to get the chance to see 2 students make their faith in Jesus visible through Baptism. Yea we got to see Alexis and Tori get baptized and it is always fun to get you yell and shout to support folks taking that step - I know it is not normal to yell but hey it is much for fun. we are just thrilled we got to be a part of it at REMIX!
Thanks to Matt Blair for leading worship last night...on myspace go look up matt blair music and add him, support him, pray for him. ALSO thanks to all of you who served last Saturday by helping at Grace Moms Day out and babysitting kids who had dads deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. You gave those moms a break and time to shop for Christmas that is such a blessing. Thanks for serving! ALSO for all of you lifegroups we have been asked to let you know there are opening to help Salvation Army by ringing bells outside stores this season.
