bigstuf, one week away...

This time next week we will be at Bigstuf (high school camp for us!) We are counting the days until we are at the beach and enjoying the sunshine. We are full, we have every seat on the vans filled. I am praying for a few things, let me make a list...
1. good weather
2. great weather
3. that each of us will encounter God in an amazing way
4. that none of us will get eaten by a shark (j/k)
5. that through the week our students will experience COMMUNITY as they are together for 5 days!

If you have a chance take some time this week to pray for camp next week. We are just asking God to be with us, to change us, to allow us to have an amazing week.

Summer is here...

This week was the final REMIX of the spring and this is your last week of school. I can not believe that the year has gone by so fast. You made it to the end and summer is here. I love summer for its change of pace, for vacation, for camp and mission trips. It is a great time of the year. In whatever your plans are this summer I hope you encounter God in the middle of it all. Take time to be at church (whatever church you go to). Take time to go outside and read your Bible and spend some time in prayer. Take time to hang out with friends and make memories. Take time to serve others. There is no such thing as taking time away from God. God is ready to meet you in the middle of your summer. Have a great one and look for more info about REMIX in the fall. We are working on some great surprises.

Camp is here! We leave for Bigstuf next week and then a week later head to Student life camp with some middle school students. We are finalizing all our summer details. We still have room open on the mission trip for high school students. Please email us if you want more info.

LAST WEEK of remix...this Sunday night...

It has been an incredible year here at relevant and REMIX has been a big part of what God has done. Thanks to all of you who have been a part of REMIX this year. We created this environment so that teens in Clarksville could rethink their faith in God and rethink how they live life. We saw it all come together this year this week is our last REMIX of the Spring. Yes, i said it, this is our final REMIX until we relaunch in August. we are going to have several surprises this week so you do not want to miss. We hope we can pack the room out and celebrate the year together. I promise there will be some surprises so get ready for a wild final REMIX.

This was Duke Boles last week as our remix worship leader. Duke is moving to Ohio to be a part of a church plant outside of Cincinnati. we are so excited about how God is going to use Duke and thankful for how he lead us this past year. We have a guitar at REMIX that we are all signing for him to hang on his wall in his new office. Make sure you sign that guitar Sunday at REMIX.

We are on the hunt to put together our missionlab team to head to New Orleans this summer. You have to be in High School to go, let us know if you are interested. We just want to go make a difference. check here on the web for more info.

Storm Watch series...in full force!

What an amazing night of connecting with God we had Sunday night. Sunday here at Grace and Relevant was amazing if you are a teen. Sunday morning we looked at dating and Sunday night at REMIX we talked about STORMS in our lives aka problems and how God is so much bigger than those storms. If you missed either gathering please go get the messages and listen to both of these talks. we have 2 final seeks of REMIX this semester and we hope you will be there each week. Summer is on the way and we are signing people up for camps and mission trips. ALSO, your lifegroups are making summer plans to get together and hang out in the summer. Get sign up for camp ASAP, QUICKLY...we need to know you are coming.
